Who we are. Oqua Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a registered business name of Oqua Enterprises Ltd., Unit 401 – 44550 South Sumas Road, Chilliwack, BC V2R 5M3.
What we collect and why. When you call, text, email or use the request form, we collect your name, contact details, service address and a description of the work so we can schedule, perform and invoice the service. We keep service and equipment records so we can support warranties and future visits.
How we use it. To contact you about your request, send appointment confirmations and “on the way” texts, invoices and receipts, and — only if you opt in — reminders about maintenance and plan renewals. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing info@oqua.ca.
Sharing. We use trusted service providers (scheduling, payments, messaging) to run the business. We do not sell your information. We disclose it only when required by law or to collect amounts owing.
Your rights. Under British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act you may ask what we hold about you and request corrections. Contact our privacy officer at info@oqua.ca or 604‑716‑3333.
Quotes and pricing. Prices are from our flat‑rate price book, quoted before GST/PST, and are valid for 30 days from the date shown. Work begins on your approval. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
